About Our Products
Who makes your products?
All of our products are handmade by artisans, women, and some men, that are experts in their craft. We purchase direct to provide fair trade, that the product meets our standards, and to ensure good working conditions for the artisans. Currently, we are working with women and men from various parts of Mexico and Guatemala. The goal is to work and bring in new products from around the world.
How do I care for my embroidered product?
We recommend hand washing them with gentle soap, non-bleach, with your delicates or by hand, and hang to dry. Be careful to wash any item that is of color, for example, a red mask, with any whites because it can bleed.
What size are your adult masks?
Our facemasks are one size fits most adults, meaning that they are not too big or not too small. Each mask is one of a kind and although the symmetry of each mask can be similar, not one item is the same. We recommend seeing the different models and how it fits them to give you an idea of the face frame of the person and if the mask will fit you.
Can you do custom projects?
We have done a few custom projects. Please email us at email@example.com and we can certainly discuss your design idea and pricing.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are final sale. If in any case you are not completely satisfied, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
I placed an order, yay! When should I expect my shipment to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process prior to shipping. Once it is shipped, it should take about 3-5 business days for your item to arrive if ordered in the US.
My package never showed up or was lost in transit. What can I do?
We can understand how frustrating this can be. Once your order is placed, we provide you a tracking number to track your order. However, Finding Vettey is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we can not replace items once a tracking number has been provided.
I received my order, but it arrived damaged. What can I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! We do try our very best to do quality control when we receive our products, when we photograph, and before we ship. If your product has any loose strings, that is very common for the nature of handmade products. Please do not pull any strings. Instead, gently cut away any loose strings with scissors. However, if we missed something, please email us at email@example.com.
Oh no! My order arrived, but it is not the right color. What do I do?
Our apologies, but not to worry! We are happy to help resolve the mixup. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to fix it for you.
