All Sales are Final

In order to keep safe during these precedent times, all of our sales are final. Please review photos and product descriptions carefully before placing an order. We do understand that we all make mistakes, that being said, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we are happy to try to make any adjustments but we will not refund your order.

 

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges

- Be sure to read each product description carefully before placing your order.

- All of Finding Vettey’s products are one-of-a-kind pieces handmade by artisans from around the world. Due to the nature of handmade products each piece will vary and gives it its uniqueness and form of art.

- If you are completely unsatisfied with an item you receive, we will gladly work with you on exchanging for a similar item in stock. Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available.

- If fault or breakage occurs within 7 days of delivery, under normal wear and tear circumstances, we will gladly work with you on replacing your item. Please note that the exact item you ordered may no longer be available. Return or exchange shipping not included and customers will be responsible for.

- A 10% restocking fee is added to return custom or unique orders.

- International customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.

- Finding Vettey is not responsible for lost or missing shipments. We cannot replace items once a tracking number is provided.

- Finding Vettey is not responsible for any damages to packages during transit.
